Lalit Engineers offers a comprehensive range of filter cages designed for optimal performance in industrial dust collection and filtration systems. Our cages are engineered for durability, precise fit, and compatibility with standard and custom filter bag assemblies.
Key Features / Technical Details
Our range encompasses filter cages with the following basic shapes:
- Round with an external Ø of 40 to 250 mm
- Star-shaped with an external Ø of 115 to 150 mm (in various star shapes)
- Oval and flattened oval
- Quadratic with an edge length of 100 mm to 150 mm
4 to 24 longitudinal rods can be achieved, expandable in 2 stages in all cases. Standard diameters are 2.5 mm / 3.0 mm / 3.5 mm / 4.0 mm / 5.0 mm.
Filter cage lengths can be realised in sections of up to max. 7,000 mm, and these can be expanded using joint systems. Ring spacing is realised to customer specifications, but is a minimum of 25 mm.
